Member for Pittwater Rob Stokes is encouraging local community and sporting groups to apply for funds under the NSW Government’s 2022 Community Building Partnership Program.
The NSW Government has allocated $400,000 to the Pittwater Electorate for community-led infrastructure projects that will deliver wide-reaching benefits.
More than 100 local infrastructure projects have been supported by this initiative since 2011, involving everything from playground upgrades and wharf expansions through to clubhouse constructions.
“This program has helped launch a huge variety of projects throughout our community," Rob Stokes said today.
“In many examples local groups have simply needed a top-up of funds to get a long-awaited project underway.
“Applications will be received from all local groups and associations that can demonstrate how their project will deliver wide-reaching benefits for our community,” Rob Stokes said.
“Applications are open and will be accepted until Friday 10 June 2022.
